About Me
My expertise in couples and families evolved from a compassion for families struggling with disconnection. My Bachelor’s degree in Psychology highlighted the many challenges people face throughout life. My Master’s in Couple and Family Therapy specialized my understanding: personal challenges don’t happen in isolation – they affect, and are affected by others we are in relationship with. Families are impacted by the struggles of its members. I’ve since helped hundreds of clients clarify and understand relationship dynamics, improve communication, regenerate family closeness, recover from personal trauma, and restore excitement in their relationships and with themselves. I enjoy the creativity of conversation, the use of metaphors, and reciprocal dialogue in my practice. I enjoy people, and I celebrate diversity.
